News:    A Super control valve for small diameters
TECHNICAL DATA

All M1 series CV / KV factors are significantly higher than what is known to the market.
Therefor when relating to sizes an M1 valve size can apply to a larger line size than its own.
Sizes: 4"-6" dia.
3" and 8" valves are in the process of development.
  • Valves can be supplied with different inlet and outlet sizes.

    Working Pressure Range
    1. When the line pressure serves for activation:
    Maximum pressures:
  • Plastic model for pressures of up to 220 psi / 16 bar.
  • Plastic metal-coated model for pressures of up to 360 psi / 25 bar.

  • The closure pressure can be reduced at the expense of the opening pressure.

    2. External Control Pressure
    Plastic model for vacuum condition and pressures of up to 220 psi / 16 bar.
    Plastic metal-coated model for vacuum condition and pressures of up to 360 psi / 25 bar.

    Booster pressure
    N.O model also closes when the control pressure is 85% of line pressure.
    N.C model also opens fully when the control pressure is 80% of the line pressure (opening begins at 25%).

    Temperature range
    Water temperatures of up to 140F / 60C.

    Couplings
    Quikcoup 4" and 6" (Groove system).
    Quikcoup-Flange couplings complying with ISO and ANSI Standards can be supplied
    for connecting to flanges.
