INSTRUCTIONS FOR C-VALVE CONNECTING ACCESSORIES
 The standard C-Valve configuration supplied by the Company includes grooved
 connectors and 8"/20 cm' pipes for welding in the line.
This method saves the customer the need of defining and making the adjustments
between different flanges (DIN, BS, ANSI, etc.), shortens and simplifies
installation (two weldings), allows for flexibility (hinge and angle-wise)
of the grooved couplings, prevents excess loads on the valve (the distance is
fixed by means of screw-in bars), and enables simple and fast replacement when
necessary.
Assembly includes: grooved couplings (QC), 20 cm.-long schedule 40 pipes
for welding with flaps and QC groove, size adjustment connectors if required,
and screw-in bars.
Optionally, model 90 QC flanges are available (assembled on the groove) for
connection to standard flanges adapted to standards ANSI CLASS 125,
150 or DIN 2501/PN 16.
