OVERVIEW
1. Manual Control Valve - CV.
Basic, hydraulic, double-chambered valve.
The valve has a multi directional ball valve, enabling manual. opening and closing.
The valve is supplied in two configurations:
Normally Closed (N.C) or Normally Open (N.O).
2. Differential Pressure Valve - DV
Basic, hydraulic, double-chambered valve with a multi-directional ball valve.
Normally open (N.O) with addition of spring.
Example of its application: Automatic distribution between two parallel water
meters, according to the flow rate.
The valve only opens when the differential pressure is greater than the spring
tension (2 m or 4 m); below this differential it acts as non-return valve.
3. Electrical Control Valve - EV
Basic, hydraulic, double-chambered valve with a multi-directional ball valve
with addition of solenoid.
Normally open (N.O) or Normally closed (N.C).
3-way solenoid: Normally open (N.O) or Normally closed (N.C).
This combination enables the valve to be opened when energized or to close
it when current is off.
The valve can be operated as a double-chambered valve by means of a 4/2
or 5/2 electrical or hydraulic control valve.
Fitted with a regular I.6 mm nozzle for a maximum pressure of 220 psi/16
bars, or a 0.8 mm nozzle for a maximum pressure of 360 psi / 25 bars.
Operating voltage: according to solenoid specs.
Two-way solenoids can be used for high pressure conditions.
Restrained closure: rate of closure can be controlled by a needle valve or by
addition of a pilot to safeguard against an upstream pressure in excess
of the predetermined value.
4. Hydraulic Control Valve - HV
Basic, hydraulic, double-chambered valve with multi-directional ball valve
with addition of a hydraulic relay.
Normally open (N.O) or Normally closed (N.C).
Used mainly for control at low pressures (e.g. air), with high line pressure
or to reverse control.
Metal control relays held in stock.
