OVERVIEW
1. Flow control (FV)
Maintains pre-set, stable flow rate regardless of up or down stream pressure. Valve fully opens when flow rate is below the pre-set rate.
Basic hydraulic double-chambered valve, normally closed (N.C), with
multi-directional ball valve, 3-way C-pilot, and orifice.
The regulator maintains the precise pre-set flow rate with a maximum
deviation of 4.4 GPM / 1 m3/hr.
Wide range of flow-rates.
It is recommended to install an external control filter in addition to
the existing flushing in-line filter, which is an integral part of M1 valves.
Can be remotely controlled (hydraulic or electric control).
Can be integrated with pressure reducing or pressure sustaining valve.
2. Burst Valve (HF)
Valve shuts off when flow rate surpasses the required value (causing a line burst) and waits for manual activation.
Basic hydraulic double-chambered valve, normally closed (N.C), with
multi-directional ball valve, 3-way C-pilot and orifice.
Valve is opened manually.
Valve shuts off when flow rate exceeds the set value.
It is recommended to install an external control filter in addition to
the existing flushing in-line filter, which is an integral part of M1 valves.
Can be remotely controlled (hydraulic or electric control).
